IN NO EVENT SHALL SPINCOUPON'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SPINCOUPON IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
